“Guru Deshan offers a holistic solution to playing the Tabla. Besides noting the marked improvement in our son’s tabla skills, we are also aware of the important life skills and values that Guru imparts to all his pupils. We are indebted to Guru Deshan and the Tabla School for nurturing our son through the years.”

“I am continually impressed by how well Guru Deshan Naidoo knows every single one of his learners as well as their parents. My son, Saiyen, has been attending tabla classes for the past seven years and this was a huge investment as it has been emotionally and socially nurturing. The level of attention to develop students as a whole is second to none. Guru Deshan has given his students a new perspective and it is very inspiring to see the enthusiasm the kids exhibits. “

The beautiful sounds that emanate from these percussion instruments, after years of practice, is rewarding to both parents and students alike. The legacy of Guru Gopal’s School of Drums has deeply embedded itself into the hearts of these enthusiasts in this lifetime and will be remembered in generations to come!!”
